How to Find Your Computer Name
To fill out the form, you’ll need your computer’s name. Here’s how to find it:
For Windows:
1. Right-click on the Start button (or press Win + X).
2. Select System from the menu.
3. In the System window, look for the Device Name under the section labeled “Device specifications.”
4. Click the Copy button.
5. Past that information in the box below labeled “Computer Information”
